Our mantra at Rhythm Nation Studios is to Inspire, Motivate and Create. We have very passionate teachers that deliver top quality dance instruction without the high pressurisation for results, we want every adult to feel comfortable and welcome in our classes. As adults we tend to not be brave enough to start a new hobby but we want to reassure you, you are in safe hands! If you’re looking for a hobby to give your fitness and confidence a boost, dance is a must for you. We limit our spaces to 16 only per class to ensure the personal touch is delivered.

Dancercise – Ladies 18+

A ladies only high intensity dance fitness class. Dancercise is designed to work on your cardiovascular fitness as well as strength, toning and flexibility. This class is typically suited to (but not limited to) ladies that used to dance when they were younger and want to continue their love for dance into adulthood. This 60 minute class is broken down into a 20 minute HIIT style fitness developing warm up, 30 minutes sassy choreography and a 10 minute yoga inspired stretch and cool down. Commitment to this class will build you a solid friendship of a supportive tribe of women whilst also building your confidence and personal fitness level.

Dancercise Gold – Ladies 50+

A Ladies only low intensity dance fitness class. Dancercise Gold is designed to keep the mature semi retired/ retired lady active and connected with like minded ladies through a 45 minute dance class which is broken down into 4 sections, a follow along Warm Up, 3 follow along feel good dance fitness routines, choreography learning a sassy routine and a yoga inspired cool down and stretch. Following our feel good workout, we put on a tea and coffee social for 15 minutes after the class to build those friendships and ensure you stay connected. To give the extra special personal touch, we limit out numbers to 16 only.
